Integrin alpha 8 in 4T1 Mouse Cell Line. Integrin a8 was detected in immersion fixed 4T1 mouse breast cancer cell line using I7661-36V1 (10ug/ml) for 3 hours at RT. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell surface.
